Vamping (Van camping)

We camped with Bella in the Sportsmobile!! We spent the weekend in Cortez (SW corner of CO) biking and camping. August did the 12 hours of Mesa Verde bike race with his team and they did great. Well, one team member crashed and broke three ribs and tore muscles - he's out for a few weeks. That was a bummer but he still finished his lap. August's team of four got in 7 laps total. I biked the course on Mother's Day with another mom. It was great! First mountain bike ride in two years. I loved the singletrack but by mile 13 my legs were feeling the pain. The last 3 miles were tough but worth it. The Sportsmobile made it to Cortez and back to CB!! Keeping our fingers crossed that it will continue to work. Camping was so great - we hope to go to Moab this weekend. Ida had fun too.
