Ahhhh....Rome. We arrived Tuesday feeling slightly overwhelmed by this crazy city and suffering from jetleg. Oh yeah, and August is sick but on the mend now that he secured Italian antibiotics (because he has a prescription in the States but forgot it - a little more relaxed here). Mopeds are everywhere and traffic could care less about pedestrians. After we arrived in Rome center by train yesterday, we wondered the maze that is Rome until we found our hotel. Of course, stopping at the cat sanctuary. Earl's heaven. Speaking of Heaven. We went to St. Peter's (I prayed for my Mom), Vatican Museum, and Sistine Chapel today. Wow!
